convenient locationcomfortable bedfriendly staff
the location was certainly convenient. the decor was very venetian. i found the bed very comfortable with good quality linen. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast included a variety of food and drinks.

the room had period decoration which was fantastic. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful sleep. i also found the room to be very clean upon arrival, greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.

a lovely breakfast was included in the price. the lady serving was very pleasant. the breakfast offered scrambled eggs, bacon, rolls, and croissants. coffee, tea, juice, and fruit were also available each morning.

The hotel had a central location near st mark's square. nice restaurants and gondola ports were nearby. the water bus port was close too. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance.

a stay with noticeable drawbacks
poor air conditioningill-fitting toilet seat
the air conditioning struggled a lot. it really couldn't keep the room cool, and , made it hard to relax. the bathroom also needed some work. the toilet seat didn't fit right, and the door wouldn't close completely. it was a bit disappointing overall.
